With government-imposed restrictions beginning to ease up in some parts of Europe, the pope expressed concern about another pandemic.
“The truth is always concrete. Lies are intangible,” he said.
He recalled that to proclaim Jesus is not to proselytize, but to bear witness to the faith with your own life.
“The family, locked up at home, is trying to do many new things, with a lot of creativity with the children—with everyone—to keep moving forward,” he said.
